OPERATIONS

With Sprinter 2000 you can administrate road/truck shipments. You can create a new shipment or adjust an existing shipment very easily. By using Windows-like tabsheets you have instant access to all the information. After the shipment has been created or adjusted all the required documents can be printed. In case of an import shipment the POD information can be entered and send to the shipper or shipping agent.

 


SUB-ADMINISTRATION

With the Sub-Administration module you can make your accruals for sales and purchases. You can also create and print your sales invoices. When you receive a purchase invoice you can easily check this invoice upon your accruals. A major advantage of Sprinter 2000 is the ability of creating an accounting file with all your sales and purchase invoice information. This file can be ‘imported’ by almost any accounting package. You will be able to print standard sales invoices on dot-matrix printers or use the more fancy graphic invoices for deskjet and laserjet printers.

Graphic invoices come in different languages (English, Dutch, German, Italian, French), which can be used for all your different customers.

MAINTENANCE

With the Maintenance module all standard information and system settings can be created, adjusted or deleted. Most information like addresses can be created or adjusted during the operational work, so there is no need to input all addresses before using the system.

 


MANAGEMENT INFORMATION

With the Management Information module you will be able to create different sorts of reports instantly, like profit reports, shipments per period or customer and customer revenues. All reports can be created for selected requirements, e.g. all export shipments or import shipments only (or any combination you require). From several reports a graphic can be created.

COMPLAINT ADMINISTRATION

With the module Complaint Administration you can store all the complaints you or your customers have into the system database. You can enter more than one complaint per shipment or you can enter a complaint which is not directly linked to a shipment. This module is especially designed for ISO 9002 certified companies.

 


EMBALLAGE MODULE (pallet administration)

With this Emballage Module you keep an administration of pallets (blok/euro), CC or whatever per customer.
The system can create emballage transactions based upon your shipments. You can also create emballage transactions manually for balancing purposes.
Reports of the administration can be send to your customers.
This module will also enable you to track of accessories of the packing units (like boards for CC/Danish cars).

 


WAREHOUSE

With the Warehouse Module you can regsiter all your inbound and outbound pallets or other colli into your warehouse. This module contains a location manager and generates Traffic and location reports.

 


ELECTRONIC INVOICES

With this module you can send your sales invoices by email to your customers. This save time and money. Your customers receive your invoices on time without any well known postal delays.
